J-PAC assembles and packages a myriad of sterile, disposable medical devices. These devices typically involve thermoplastic materials that are processed to add shape or texture. The processed materials are subsequently assembled with other components to create the finished device. Completed devices are then packaged to the clients specified needs usually in rigid thermoformed trays or peel pouches then sterilized for disposition by J-PAC to the client for sale to the end user marketplace.
J-PAC also provides a broad range of parts cleaning capabilities. These specialized services offer clientele the ability to reduce particulate and/or bio-burden within their final packaging. These cleaning capabilities include a range of de-ionized air wash as well as solvent scouring capabilities.
