J-PAC utilizes its thermoplastics and tooling expertise to apply forming processes normally associated with non-porous thermoplastics to porous synthetic and thermoplastic materials.

J-PAC can create three dimensional shapes with woven, knitted and non-woven material constructions, including mesh.

This capability has been applied to implantable medical devices providing the ability to provide an implant that is custom shaped to the anatomy that is being supported or repaired.
