J-PAC provides unique cutting services that provide integral edge quality even from substrates with open weave constructions.

J-PAC processes result in a cutting capability that does not incinerate substrate in the cutting process (like laser), and is unlimited in size and configuration (unlike Ultrasonic cutting).

The process is essentially particulate free and results in a non-particulating integral edge, even with woven mesh substrates. The process is ideal for use in cutting and edge treating parts that are destined for surgical implantation.

This process can be applied to any thermo-plastic material that exhibits high particulate or poor edge quality via conventional cutting processes.
