J-PAC utilizes its knowledge of tooling performance and medical grade thermoplastics to offer vacuum thermoforming processing of materials and applications that are outside the capabilities of other companies.

Through its on-site tooling and process engineering associates, J-PAC is able to apply vacuum forming technology to roll and sheet fed substrates thought not to be candidates for vacuum forming.

Typical material thicknesses processed at J-PAC range from .010" to .125" in a wide range of grades and formulations.
