Accountability starts with the J-PAC Quality Process. The individual associates working on client projects understand accountability and are proactively trained in the Quality Process. Each project is accompanied by a document known as the "Traveler", which contains a barcode for each operation that is performed to manufacture the finished product. The system seamlessly links scheduling, manufacturing, quality, and inventory data right down to the associate and component level. The process will prompt the associate to enter materials used and production data that will serve to create an electronic record of the work completed.
