Four Side Seal Packaging

J-PAC provides high volume four side seal contract packaging services for medical devices, wound care, diagnostics and implantable textiles into sterile barrier peelable and non-peel pouches.

J-PAC offers four side seal pouch packaging for/with

• High volume runs
• Common material combinations:
  (Un)Coated Tyvek/Film; Foil/Foil; Poly/Poly
• Multiple sealing options
• Constant quality control and pack integrity testing, i.e. for peel strength
• Controlled atmosphere gas-flushed pouch sealing with Nitrogen or CO2 possible

We also offer filling and sealing of three-side sealed pouches.
