Thermoform / Form Fill Seal Packaging

J-PAC utilizes several ISO class 8 cleanrooms to contract manufacture medical thermoform trays and form-fill-seal (FFS) packaging.

Form/fill/seal contract packaging options include

• Formats with rigid and flexible bottom webs
• All tray/lid stock combinations (Common lid stock materials: Heat seal coated Tyvek, Foil laminates and papers; Common tray materials: PETG, PET, Polystyrene, Polycarbonate, Surlyn)
• All sterile delivery techniques
• In-line printing on top webs available
• Package design for product protection in a format facilitating sterile transfer in the OR
• Tray Prototyping and Tooling fabrication in-house
• Constant quality control (visual inspection, leak testing)
• High volume production

J-PAC's cleanrooms are constantly monitored for particulate count, Relative Humidity (RH) and temperature.
